Preparation Time:-10-15 mins
Servings:-1


INGREDIENTS:
For veg man-chow soup
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) ½ tsp
Green chilli (chopped) ½ tsp (you can add according to your spicy taste)
Finely chopped vegetables (Carrots, Cabbage, French beans) ½ cup
Water/veg stock ½ cup
Dark soya sauce ½ tsp
Salt as per taste 
Aromat powder/Maggi seasoning ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Sugar a pinch
Corn flour paste (1/2 tbsp cornflour mix in ½ cup of water)
Coriander leaves (chopped) few


METHOD:
Turn on flame and heat wok
Add oil 
Let it heat on high flame 
Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger
Roast it
Add chopped green chilli (according to your taste)
Mix it
Add chopped vegetables (carrot, cabbage, french beans, mushroom optional)
Cook for few mins
Add water/stock water
Let it boil 
Add dark soya sauce, salt, aromat powder/Maggi seasoning, white pepper, sugar
Mix well and cook for few mins
Add cornflour paste for thickness
Mix it
Garnish with coriander leaves 
Serve with fried noodles
Serve hot.


(Additional information: you can add more soya sauce for the brown color 
And more cornflour paste for a thicker soup)

For non-veg manchow soup
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tsp
Ginger (finely chopped) ½ tsp
Green chilli ½ tsp
Finely chopped vegetables (Carrot, Cabbage, French beans) ½ cup
Chicken boneless 50 gm 
Water/stock water 2 cup
Egg 1 (optional)
Dark soya sauce 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Aromat powder/Maggi seasoning  ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Corn flour paste (1 tbsp cornflour mix in ½ cup of water)



METHOD:
Turn on the flame and heat wok
Add oil
Let it heat on high flame 
Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger
Roast it
Add chopped green chilli (you can add according to your taste)
Add chopped vegetables (carrot, cabbage, french beans, mushroom optional)
Mix well
Add egg (optional)
Scrambled it
Add boneless chicken (small pieces)
Saute it
Add water/stock water 
Let it boil
Add dark soya sauce, salt, aromat powder/Maggi seasoning, white pepper 
Mix well and cook for few mins
Add cornflour paste to thickens the soup
Mix it
Garnish with coriander leaves 
Serve with fried noodles
Serve hot.


(Additional information: you can add more soya sauce for the brown colour 
and more cornflour paste to thicken the soup)
